Jaleco’s Rod Land Is Your Subsequent Arcade Archives Launch On Change

Hamster has revealed that the following entry in its long-running Arcade Archives collection goes to be Jaleco’s Rod Land.

Identified in Japan as Yousei Monogatari Rod Land, this 1990 launch shares similarities with Taito’s Bubble Bobble. Lead characters Tam and Rit (participant 1 and a pair of respectively) zap enemies with a magic rod, however this does not kill them – as a substitute, they’re merely surprised and the participant has to slam them into the ground to dispatch them fully.
